A Tacoma man died Wednesday evening after his car went into Lake Cushman. According to the State Patrol, 20-year-old Joseph Dusek was southbound on Forest Service Road 24, off of North Staircase Road in a 2000 Audi TT. The car let the roadway to the right, rolled and came to rest upside down in the lake.
KBKW reports a 19-year-old Lacey man was able to escape the car and swim to shore. The unidentified man was transported to Mason General Hospital.
