The latest election results (as of 4 PM 2/15/17) show the measures picking up votes. Wednesday, election officials in the Mason County Auditor’s Office counted nearly 700 more ballots from Tuesday’s Special Election which increase the turnout to over 38% (38.23%).

The Shelton School District’s bond now has an approval rate of 60.53%. That’s 2,830 voting in favor and 1,845 voting against. This measure needed 60% to pass.
The approval rate for the District replacement levy is now 64.45% with 3,024 voting “Yes” and 1,668 voting “No”. This measure needed a simple majority to pass.

In the Pioneer School District, 59.06% of voters are approving the replacement levy. 1,603 voting “Yes” and 1,111 voting “No”. This measure needed a simple majority to pass.

In Mason County Fire District 12, 67.18% over the voters (176) are in favor of lifting the property tax levy lid. 86 voted “No”.

Mason County Fire District 13’s property tax levy lid lift now has a 61.67% approval with 222 voting “Yes” and 138 voting “No”.
