A Flood Warning has been issued for the Skokomish River. The Flood Warning is in effect until late this (Saturday)evening with minor flooding forecast.
At 16.5 feet, the Skokomish River will cause widespread flooding of pasture lands, with water flowing quickly over West Bourgault Road and Skokomish Valley Road.
According to forecasters, the river will rise above flood stage to 17.19 feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening to 13.9 feet late Monday evening.
