Refer folks to HCC for the best internet, TV, or voice service and you’ll each receive a $50 account credit. There is a limit of one referral credit per new customer and a maximum of 15 credits annually per account. Referral should be done at or before time of new customer order. Some restrictions may apply and the offer is subject to change without notice.

What is the Referral Program?
Starting March 27, 2025, we’re excited to offer a $50 bill credit to both existing and new customers when a referral results in a successful installation of service. It’s our way of saying thanks for helping us grow the Hood Canal Communications family!
How do I refer someone?
Tell your contacts about HCC! When they place their order for service they can simply provide your name and contact information to the customer service representative and specify that you referred them. Another option is to fill out the referral form on this page with your name, contact information, and the details of the friend you’re referring. Be sure to include the approximate installation date for your friend’s service.
Who is eligible for the referral credit?
- You, the referring customer, must be an active Hood Canal Communications customer.
- Your referral, the new customer, must have their service fully installed and activated.
- Only the first person to refer a new customer will receive the credit—so submit your referral early!
When will I receive my $50 credit?
Once your friend’s service has been installed and the account is active, the credit will be added to your account. The process is handled by our Customer Service Representatives and may take a short time to finalize.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
You can refer as many friends as you like! However, referral credits are capped at $750 per year per customer.
Does my friend need to sign up for a specific service?
Nope! There are currently no service-specific requirements for your referral to qualify. As long as your friend becomes a new HCC customer with an active service, the referral counts.
How long do I have to submit a referral?
Referrals must be submitted within 30 days of the new customer’s installation to be eligible for the credit.
