When calling our office, you will hear a recorded message directing you to do one of the following three things:
- Press 1 to connect to Sales and Billing Support
- Press 2 to connect to Telephone Support
- Press 3 to connect to Video Support
- Press 4 to connect to Internet Support
- Enter the extension of the party you are trying to reach, or stay on the line to leave a message
Our on-site support team is available during business hours. Our after-hours support staff can assess problems and dispatch a technician to correct the problem if needed. If you leave a message for our on-site staff after business hours, your call will not be addressed until the next business day.
