Hood Canal Communications is pleased to announce that Petty Officer Second Class Josiah Rowell is the winner of the Kindle Fire from the “300 Likes” Facebook contest.   Josiah is currently on active duty in Afghanistan.   He and his wife are customers of Hood Canal Communications and reside in the Union area.
