Crews from the State Department of Transportation will begin work this week to rehabilitate portions of Highway 108 between Grays Harbor County and Little Creek Casino. Starting Monday morning, July 7, crews will begin making pavement repairs and other work to prepare for the chip seal operations. Chip seal operations are scheduled for mid-July, weather permitting. Areas to be chip sealed are near McCleary from milepost 1.2, north of West Simpson Avenue, to milepost 4.2 in the vicinity of the Grays Harbor/Mason County line; and near Little Creek Casino, from milepost 10.9 to milepost 11.5.
