The Mason County Commission is not holding public meetings this week, the fifth week of May. No briefings are scheduled Monday due to Memorial Day. There is an Executive Session on potential litigation scheduled for 8:30 AM Tuesday. However, Executive Session are NOT open to the public. When there is a fifth Tuesday in a month, the County Commission usually meets in Belfair. This month’s Fifth Tuesday meeting has been canceled due to a lack of agenda items and historically, the attendance for the May Fifth Tuesday meeting (following Memorial Day) has been sparse. The Mason County Commission will return to it regular schedule of briefings and business meetings the week of June 5th.
