A Shelton man died and two Belfair residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 3 just north of Grapeview Loop Road South Thursday night.
According to the Washington State Patrol, a southbound car crossed the centerline and struck a northbound car about 11 PM.
The Shelton man, identified as 39-year-old Levi C. Eaton, was driving the southbound car and died at the scene.
The driver of a northbound car, a 59-year-old Belfair man, and his passenger, a 65-year-old Belfair man, were injured and transported to St. Michaels Hospital in Bremerton.
A press memo indicates speed was a contributing factor in this fatal collision.
