Win for NM Football
The North Mason football team won its season opener Friday at Klahowya 37 to 0. The Bulldogs’ defense forced a safety and intercepted the Eagles four times – one pick was returned 30 yards for a touchdown and Reid Shumaker had two of those INTs. NM quarterback Danner Jones threw for two touchdowns and ran for another one. Caden Atencio had a four-yard TD run. North Mason plays at Kingston next Friday.
