Innovative Cervical Cancer Screening
Mason Health now offers the BD OnClarity™ HPV test, a groundbreaking, non-invasive cervical cancer screening option. This self-swab test, available during primary care visits, is as accurate as traditional pelvic exams for detecting cervical cancer. Designed for patients without a history of abnormal Pap smears or current symptoms, this test provides a comfortable alternative for those who prefer to avoid a pelvic exam.

Results are processed by a Michigan-based lab, and Mason Health providers will follow up with patients to discuss findings and recommend further testing if needed. Patients experiencing pelvic symptoms should always consult a provider for a full evaluation.
