The North Mason boys’ basketball team‘s season came to an end Saturday in the 2026 District 3 2A Boys’ Basketball Tournament as the Bulldog lost at Sequim 69 to 42. The Wolves pulled away in the third quarter to eliminate NM from the Tourney. North Mason was led in the loss by Cameron Revelez and Derek Dunham who each scored 14 points. Dunham added 4 rebounds, 4 steals and 3 blocks while Revelez had 5 rebounds and 3 steals. The Bulldogs finish the season with an 8-and-13 record.
The Shelton girls’ basketball team will play at Heritage on Monday in the Play-In Game for the 2026 District 4 3A Girls’ Basketball Tournament. The Timberwolves are the number four team from the Greater St. Helen’s League after losing a tiebreaker to Prairie Saturday 49 to 40 and will host the Highclimbers. Monday’s game between Shelton and Heritage will be on MasonWebTV Powered by HCC. Tip off is set for 3:30 PM in Vancouver.

The Highlanders are the number four team from the Greater St. Helen’s League while the Highclimbers finished tied for fourth in the Evergreen Conference earning the spot in the play-in game. The game between the ‘Climbers and the ‘Landers will be on MasonWebTV Powered by HCC. Tipoff is set for 6 PM but we will join the game in progress due to travel from Heritage.
