A Flood Watch is in effect for Mason County. The Flood Watch is in effect from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon a flooding caused by excessive rainfall will be possible.
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Also, heavy rainfall over the Olympics will force rises on the Skokomish River with flooding possible.
