Shelton Parks and Recreation and the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee will host an open house event for the ongoing Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails (PROST) Plan update.

The PROST Plan open house will be on Monday, May 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Shelton Civic Center, located at 525 West Cota Street. This is a free, community event open to all; no registration is required.

During the open house, attendees will learn about current park safety and maintenance work, the department’s goals and objectives, and future Parks & Recreation projects. Event attendees will also be able to share their feedback and ask questions.
