When calling our office after hours you will hear a recorded message directing you to do one of the following three things:
- Press 1 to connect to Internet Tech Support
- Press 2 to connect to a LIVE operator
- Enter the extension of the party you are trying to reach, or stay on the line to leave a message
If you are reporting an outage or a service issue, please press 2 to connect to our after-hours staff rather than leaving a message. The after-hours staff will be able to assess the problem and dispatch a technician to correct the problem if needed. If you leave a message, your call will not be addressed until the next business day.
