The following is police activity in Mason County reported from Saturday, September 14, 2013 to Friday, September 20, 2013.
The Shelton Police Department is investigating a robbery that was reported just before 10 PM Sunday night in the 1600 block of Olympic Highway South.
Shelton officers are also looking into burglaries in the 400 block of Grandview Avenue and the 2300 block of Olympic Highway North. Officers are also checking on assaults on South 2nd Street and in the 400 block of West G Street.
The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is investigating burglaries on E Budd Place West in Timberlakes, in the 100 block of E Lavender Lane near Deer Creek, in the 1600 block of E Benson Lake Drive, in the 3500 block of NE North Shore Road near Belfair State Park, on NE North Shore Road in Tahuya, in the 1900 block of E State Route 106 near the Skokomish Reservation, and in the 25,600 block of N US Highway 101 north of Hoodsport.
Deputies are also looking into assaults in the 800 block of SE Cole Road (this was reported as an assault with a deadly weapon), on Shelton Springs Road, on E Fox Lane on Harstine Island, in the 600 block of E Morris Creek Drive, in the 100 block of NE Newkirk Road in Belfair, in the 3600 block of W Skokomish Valley Road, on N US Highway 101 south of Hoodsport, and on N Kokanee Park Court near Lake Kokanee.
A domestic assault was reported in the 900 block of E Stadium Beach Road West south of Grapeview.
A motorist attempted to elude deputies on N Enatai Court on the Skokomish Reservation.
Missing person reports were filed in the 100 block of SE Ashley Road south of Shelton and in Allyn.
A sudden death was reported in the 700 block of E Wood Lane in Shorecrest.
Deputies assisted with a fire in the 100 block of W Buck Prairie Road.
Traffic collisions occurred on South 2nd Street in Shelton, in the 100 block of W Alder Street in Shelton, in the 100 block of E Wallace Kneeland Boulevard in Shelton, on E Grapeview Loop Road near Highway 3 south of Allyn, in the 16,100 block of E State Route 106, and on N US Highway 101 south of Hoodsport.
Firearms noise complaints were filed on W Golden Pheasant Road near Lake Isabella, in the 2400 block of E Timberlake West Drive, in the 100 block of E Rainbow Drive near Rainbow Lake, on NE Sand Hill Road south of Tiger Lake, and on NE Daly Drive near Tiger Lake.
Thefts were reported from W Delight Park Court near Lake Isabella, from the 1700 block of Ward Road in Shelton, from the 800 block of South 13th Street in Shelton, from the 2200 block of W Railroad Avenue in Shelton, from the 300 block of W Railroad Avenue in Shelton, from the 600 block of W Franklin Street in Shelton, from the 300 block of E Wallace Kneeland Boulevard in Shelton, in the 1800 block of E Timberlake West Drive, from E Willchar Boulevard near Phillips Lake, from the 1000 block of E Centerline Road, from E Campus Drive in Belfair, from the 500 block of NE Dewatto Road near Tee Lake, from the 12,300 block of NE North Shore Road near Tahuya, and from the 7500 block of W Satsop Cloquallum Road near Schafer State Park.
A vehicle was stolen on N Canvasback Place near Lake Cushman.
Vehicle prowl occurred in the 3900 block of W Fish Hatchery Road.
Stolen vehicles were recovered in the 100 block of W Buck Prairie Road and on W Bonnieview Drive north of McCleary.
