The following are reported police activity in Mason County on Sunday, January 29, 2012.
The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an injury traffic collision on W. Dayton Airport Road reported about 1:45 PM. No specific details have been reported on this crash.
The Sheriff’s Office is also investigating an burglary that occurred on E. Evergreen Drive in the Rainbow Lake area about 1 AM.
There were three vehicle thefts reported: one taken from the 100 block of E. Liesure Lane in the Emerald Lake area; another from the 700 block of E. State Route 3 outside Shelton near the Marina; and the third from the 200 block of Cota Street in downtown Shelton. The Sherrif’s Office is handling the first two while the Shelton Police Department is looking into the other
Two stolen vehicles were recovered Sunday: one on E. Cherry Park near Island Lake; the other in the 100 block of W. Deegan Road West. Both locations are in unincorporated areas of Mason County.
