On Sunday, September 6, 2015, at approximately 4:45 PM, the Mason County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 800 block of Golden Pheasant Road, one mile south of Shelton, WA, to the report of shots being fired. A person identified by witnesses, was a passenger in a vehicle and discharged a firearm at another vehicle occupied by several individuals. The suspect vehicle then fled away.
Later that evening at approximately 9:17 PM, the Mason County Sheriff’s Office apprehended the above shooting suspect in the 200 block of W. Wyandotte Avenue, in the city limits of Shelton, WA after responding along with the Shelton Police Department to reports of a medical aid call and possible disturbance.
No other information is available due to the on going criminal investigation.
