After 12 years, Tim Sheldon attended his final meeting as a Mason County Commissioner on Tuesday. After the Commission’s business meeting, a farewell reception was held.

The gathering was attended by former County Commissioners Ross Gallagher and Steve Bloomfield, Shelton Mayor Gary Cronce, Shelton City Commissioner Kathy McDowell, Mason County Sheriff Casey Salisbury, Mason County Superior Court Judge Dan Goodell, among others including with numerous County staff.

Sheldon decided not to seek re-election this year after serving three terms on the Mason County Commission. Kevin Shutty won the Commissioner District 2 Seat in November and will be sworn in on December 28th.

Sheldon will continue as a State Senator.
