Head-On Hit & Run in Shelton

A two-vehicle head-on hit and run collision occurred on Highway 3 in Shelton Saturday night. Specific details have not been released but no serious injuries were reported. The crash occurred around 9:30 PM on Olympic Highway South at the intersection with E Harvard Avenue (north of Dirt Cheap Cycle; south of Tozier Brother’s). Central Mason Fire & EMS responded and shared pictures of the crash by Shawna Welan Images on Facebook. Video also by Shawna Welan Images.

Reports from the scene said two people in the causing vehicle fled on foot. At least one was later apprehended.
