High School Sports Result from 9/13/17

Results from SHS Cross Country & NM Tennis

The Shelton cross country teams had two runners finish second on the two-mile course at Lake Isabella Wednesday. Highclimber freshman Aiden Gregg was ten seconds behind the top finisher on the girls’ side with a time of 13 minutes, 32.73 seconds. Meanwhile, William Johnson finished 23 and a half seconds behind the boys’ first place runner with a time of 10 minutes, 40.54 seconds. In team scoring, the Shelton boys finished second while the Lady Highclimbers were fifth. The Shelton cross country teams run in the Wenatchee Invitational on September 23rd.

The North Mason boys’ tennis team lost to Olympic 7 to 0. The Bulldogs had their match with Chimacum rescheduled to Tuesday, so the boys from Belfair next face Bremerton on the road on Monday.
