The Shelton girls’ swim team beat Mt. Tahoma Thursday 91 to 49. The Highclimbers’ Emma Gordham took the 200 free and the 500 free; Hannah Oliver won the 100 butterfly and the 100 breaststroke; Kaitlyn Walters topped the 100 backstroke; and relay team of Walters, Carolynn Clarey, Oliver and Victoria Gonella won the 200 medley and the 400 free relays. Shelton hosts Peninsula next Thursday.
The Shelton girls’ soccer team was shut out at Peninsula Thursday eight-nil (8-0). The Lady Highclimbers drop to 0-and-3 on the season. They were to play Black Hills Saturday but that game was canceled. Shelton next hosts Central Kitsap on Tuesday.

The North Mason volleyball team knocked off Olympic Thursday three games to none. The Lady Bulldogs improve to 3-and-1 on the season, 2-and-1 in the Olympic League. The girls from Belfair travel to Sequim Tuesday.
The North Mason girls’ soccer team was shut out by Olympic two-nil (2 to 0) Thursday. The Lady Bulldogs drop to 0-2-and-1 on the season. The girls from Belfair travel to Tumwater Saturday.
The Chimacum at North Mason boys’ tennis match was rescheduled for September 19th.
