Alex Apostle, the Superintendent of the Shelton School District, extends an invitation to ALL Shelton School District retirees and their guest to honor them at a luncheon scheduled for Thursday, November 2nd, 2017, at the Shelton Civic Center (525 W. Cota Street). The lunch begins at noon, and will be catered by Smokin’ Mo’s Restaurant.
This is the 3rd Annual Luncheon to honor Shelton School District retirees for their contribution to education. Each year, over the past 3 years, approximately 100 retired school personnel have attended including teachers, administrators, food service workers, custodians, bus drivers, secretaries and para educators. The event is an up-beat reunion atmosphere with music and friends and lots of memories to share.
