The Washington State Patrol has identified the driver of a minivan that hit a 10-year-old boy on U.S. Highway 101 near Oyster Bay Road Sunday and is seeking information on his whereabouts.
A news release identifies the suspected driver as Irven Jacobs.

Around 5:30 PM Sunday, January 27th, 10-year-old Isaiah Bermeno was struck and critically injured by a driver who fled the scene in what witnesses said was a silver or cream minivan.
