Since Governor Inslee has adjusted some of the restrictions under his “Stay Home. Stay Healthy.” Order and will be re-opening some state parks and state public lands, state hunting and fishing operations, golf operations, and day-use activities and trails on May 5th, Mason County Parks and Trails Department will be opening County owned boat launches at dawn next Tuesday. The County Parks Department will also be opening County access points to reopened State licensed recreational activities.
However, team sports and facilities (bathrooms and playgrounds) will remain closed due to continued coronavirus restrictions. Personal and social responsibility as well as social distancing is encouraged and appreciated while using County parks.
