Effective July 1, the second-floor Customer Service desk at the Shelton Civic Center will have new, reduced operating hours.

Customer Service will be open Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Closed from 1 – 2 p.m.). On Fridays, they will be open from 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Staff will be available by appointment only from 1 – 4:30 p.m.

With the change in hours, customers will experience longer wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

Several City services are available online, such as paying a utility bill or applying for a permit. Utility bills can also be paid by mail or by using the payment dropbox located in the front Civic Center parking lot. Access instructions for online City services can be found on our website: sheltonwa.gov.

With the reduced hours at Customer Service, we encourage community members to contact City staff directly for assistance with various programs or services. We have a Staff Directory on our website with staff contact information: sheltonwa.gov/StaffDirectory.

The new Customer Service operating hours will not impact Police or Municipal Court.
