A Belfair man was injured after his motorcycle struck a deer near Union early Saturday morning.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the motorcycle was eastbound on State Route 106 about 2:15 AM when it struck the deer at milepost 4.
The motorcyclist, a 49-year-old Belfair man, was transported to Mason General Hospital in Shelton.
