SHS & NM Cross Country Results
The Shelton cross country teams competed against Evergreen Conference teams Wednesday with Tumwater taking both the girls’ and boys’ meets.
Three Lady Highclimbers competed and finished in the top ten led by Lily Bennet who took 2nd. Freshman Alisha Carpenter placed 6th. And sophomore Madison Lohmeyer was 9th.
The ‘Climbers’ Jack Parker was 11th among the 40 runners on the boys’ side.
Other competitors from Shelton were Richard Beckman (13th), Trayson Barholomew (14th), Caleb Hensrude (18th), Toby Barholomewn (23rd), Jackson Dale (27th), Carson Bursch (28th), Jacob Udarbe (36th), Oliver Price (38th), Jonah Miller (39th), and Chance Whittington (40th).
The Highclimbers run at Centralia next Wednesday.
The North Mason cross country teams hosted Olympic League teams Wednesday with Bainbridge topping the girls’ meet and Kingston taking the boys’ side.
Top Bulldog finisher was Jackson Bergdahl who finished 9th among the 54 male runners.
Other competitors from Belfair were Paige Kelly (25th among the 64 female runners), Charlotte Kudera (34th), Justin Orlando (36th), Anders Oldright (42nd), Alexis Antonowicz (48th), Austin Kudera (50th), Hannah Alonzo Miguel (51st), Jaiden Greer (51st), Ben Ford (52nd), Matt Ford (54th), Hailier Hembury (58th), and Audrey Petersen (60th).
NM runs at Bremerton Thursday, October 19th.
