The following is police activity in Mason County reported on Friday, May 25, 2012. (Please note that due to the Memorial Day Weekend, law enforcement and other emergency service agencies are extremely busy so this list may not include all activity that occurred as reports may not have been completed and it is not possible to report on every incident.)

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is investigating burglaries that occurred in the 1100 Block of E Timberlake East Drive, on E Ballow Extension Road on Harstine Island, in the 1100 Block of E Lake Trask Road west of Mason Lake, on E Judy Lane in Belfair, and in the 3900 Block of NE North Shore Road west of Belfair.

Deputies are also looking into a sex offense reported in the 200 Block of SE Craig Road south of Shelton.

Missing person reports were filed in the 200 Block of E Burrows Lane in the Agate area and on SE Steh Chass Place in the Kamilche area.

Thefts were reported from the 1800 Block of E Deer View Circle on Harstine Island, at the intersection of E State Route 3 & E Cranberry Creek Road near Dear Creek, from the 9200 Block of SE Lynch Road near Arcadia Point, from the 700 Block of E Marisa Place north of Brockdale Road, and from W Cloquallum Road east of Lake Arrowhead.

An injury collision was reported on Johns Prairie Road near Highway 3.

A vehicle was stolen from the 200 Block of E Little Bear Lane on John’s Prairie.

A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 4800 Block of W US Highway 101 between Shelton and Taylor Towne.
