High School Sports Results from 9/10/24

Wins for NM Soccer, SHS Volleyball & MMK Volleyball

The North Mason girls soccer team knocked off Shelton Tuesday 5 to 1. The Highclimbers scored their goal early (in the 5th minute) but it was all Bulldogs after that. NM tied the game in the 26th minute, took the lead in the 37th minute (leading 2 to 1 at the half), added another in the 41st minute, got their 4th goal in the 50th minute, and capped the scoring in the 75th minute. Both teams are now 1-and-1 on the season. North Mason plays at Port Angeles Thursday. Shelton travels to Yelm Thursday.

The Shelton volleyball team beat Tenino three games to one Tuesday. The Highclimbers improved to 1-and-1 on the season. The Lady-‘Climbers play at North Mason Wednesday.

The Mary M. Knight volleyball team improved to 2-and-0 on the season knocking off Three Rivers Christian on the road Tuesday in five games (5 to 0). The Owls host Taholah Thursday.

Boys’ Golf: Shelton vs. Tumwater at Tumwater Valley Golf Course 3:30 PM (weather permitting)

Boys’ Tennis: Tumwater at Shelton 3:30 PM (weather permitting)

Girls’ Swimming: Shelton at Aberdeen 4 PM

Volleyball: Shelton at North Mason 6:30 PM (Watch on the NFHS Network)
