As of 6:30 AM Wednesday, February 5, 2025, most schools in Mason County are running on normal schedule with the exception of North Mason which is closed.
North Mason School District – CLOSED. No after school activities.
Hood Canal School District – AM/PM Buses on snow routes. School will start at the regular time. Normal early release Wednesday.
Griffin School District – Griffin School Regular Schedule. Buses on Regular Schedule except Shellridge which is on Emergency Snow Route.
McCleary School District – 2 Hours Late, No AM preschool, No out-of-district transportation.
Elma School District – 2 Hours Late, No AM preschool, No out-of-district transportation.
Bainbridge Island School District – CLOSED
Bremerton School District – CLOSED
South Kitsap schools are closed February 5. All school activities and meetings canceled.
Central Kitsap School District – CLOSED
Peninsula School District – 1 Hour Late, No out-of-district transportation. PSD schools will start 1 hour late today, Wednesday, Feb. 5. All buses will arrive 1 hour later than regularly scheduled. Half-day preschool is cancelled. No out of district transportation.
Brinnon School District – 3 Hours Late. Buses running 3-1/2 hours late. If Mt. Walker is safely passable, high school transportation will be provided on this delayed schedule. Decision will be made by transportation at 9:00am.
Olympic College: Bremerton and Poulsbo Campuses are closed.
