A 30-year-old Belfair woman was injured Saturday morning when the car she was driving rolled and hit a power pole north of Victor.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the woman was eastbound on State Route 302 about 8:45 AM at a “high rate”. At milepost 2, the car left the roadway to the right and rolled once. The vehicle came to rest on its top in the eastbound ditch against a power pole.

The woman was transported to St. Michael’s Hospital in Bremerton.

A press memo indicates that speed was a contributing factor in the cause of this crash.
