The Mason County Commission has scheduled a special meeting for 1 PM Monday in order to Declare Disasters due to wildfires burning in the County: the Bear Gulch Fire near Lake Cushman and the Toonerville Fire near Belfair.
The Commission is expected to approve two resolutions that will open up funding resources to help offset the ongoing costs of battling these fires.
MasonWebTV Powered by HCC will stream the special meeting as part of the Commissioners’ Monday briefings.
