A Heat Advisory is in effect from noon today(Tuesday)until 10 PM Wednesday.

* WHAT...Hot conditions with high temperatures in the 80s to low 90s
  today and 80s to mid 90s Wednesday. Low temperatures mostly in the
  low to mid 60s. This will pose a Moderate risk of heat-related
  illness.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington.

* WHEN...From noon today to 10 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Heat will significantly increase the risk of
  heat-related illnesses for those who are sensitive to heat,
  especially those without effective cooling or adequate hydration.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and
pets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any
circumstances.


FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING
THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 655...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 655 Black Hills and
  Southwest Interior Lowlands.

* WINDS...North 10 to 20 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 26 percent.

* IMPACTS...A combination of moderate breezes, low relative
  humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to rapid rates
  of spread and down-wind spotting on existing fires. If a fire
  were to begin, air quality may diminish in the surrounding
  area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Fire Weather Watch means that there is a potential for critical
fire weather conditions to develop. Monitor the forecasts for
possible Red Flag Warnings.
Take extra precautions if you work or spend time outside. When
possible reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or
evening. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat
stroke. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing when possible.
To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and
Health Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in
shaded or air conditioned environments. Anyone overcome by heat
