Travelers who use State Route 302 in Mason County are advised to add extra time to reach their destination.
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6:
- Expect multiple traffic stops for up to 15 minutes.
- The traffic stops will occur at unscheduled times.
Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will install nine 40-foot-long girders for a new bridge. The new bridge will carry SR 302 over Victor Creek.
The work is part of a fish barrier removal project. The work is expected to be finished in fall 2025.
