High School Sports Results from 9/4/25

Win for NM Volleyball; Losses for SHS Football, SHS Volleyball, NM Soccer

The Shelton football team dropped its season opener Thursday to River Ridge 14 to 0. The teams were evenly matched but the Hawks scored their first touchdown early and sealed the win with a late TD. (Click here to watch MasonWebTV Powered by HCC’s broadcast of the game.) The Highclimbers hold their home opener next Friday against North Thurston. Kickoff on Jack Stark Field at Highclimber Stadium is 7 PM. MasonWebTV is broadcasting all Shelton football games again this season.

The Shelton volleyball team lost its season opener Thursday at Onalaska three games to none. The Highclimbers host North Mason next Tuesday.

The North Mason volleyball team swept Vashon Island Thursday in three games The Bulldogs travel to Shelton Tuesday.

The North Mason girls’ soccer team lost to North Thurston Thursday 2 to 1. The Bulldogs host Shelton next Tuesday.
