High School Sports Results from 9/13/25

SHS Cross Country Results; Loss for MMK Football

The Shelton cross country teams competed in the 29-team Olympia Classic on Saturday. Here are the top finishers for the Highclimbers:

Madison Lohmeyer finished 14th out of 64 female senior runners.
Trayson Bartholomew was 23rd among 96 senior male runners.
Addison Aldrich was 19th out of 99 sophomore female runners.

There were 13 runners from Shelton. The ‘Climbers run at Aberdeen Wednesday.

The Mary M. Knight football team opened the 2025 season with a 39 to 6 loss at Wishkah Valley. The Owls stay on the road next Saturday traveling to Lake Quinault. MMK’s home opener is September 25 vs. Easton.

Boys’ Tennis: Aberdeen at Shelton 3:30 PM; Charles Wright Academy at North Mason 4 PM

Boys’ Golf: Shelton vs. Black Hills at Alderbrook Golf Course in Union 3:30 PM

JV Football: Shelton at North Thurston 4 PM; Kinston at North Mason 5 PM

“C” Team or Freshman Football: North Thurston at Shelton 6 PM
