High School Sports Results from 9/24/25

Win for SHS Volleyball; SHS & NM Cross Country Results; Loss for MMK Volleyball

The Shelton volleyball team slipped by Evergreen (Vancouver) Wednesday 3 to 2.

The Highclimbers improve to 4-and-3 on the season. They head to Mark Morris High School Saturday for a 16-team tournament.

The Shelton cross country teams competed against Kelso and Heritage Wednesday. In team scoring, the Highclimber boys were 2nd behind host Kelso.
Top finishers from Shelton:
Madison Lohmeyer finished 2nd among female runners.
Hailee Nadeau was 5th among female runners.
Trayson Bartholomew took 6th among male runners.
Nathan Vogel was 8th among male runners.
Addison Aldrich placed 9th among female runners.
Other participants: Ismael Funes Salas (12th), Holly Jorgensen (13th), Silas Baker (17th), Ruben Dale (18th), and Robby Valdeman (21st).
The Highclimbers run at Centralia next Wednesday.

The North Mason cross country teams competed in an Olympic League meet at Port Angeles Wednesday. Top Bulldog finisher was Samantha Neil who was 7th among varsity girl runners.
Other participants: Eleanor Bailey, Aurora Martinez, Hannah Alonzo, Lucas Smith and James Snyder.
NM hosts another Olympic League Meeting next Wednesday.

The Mary M. Knight volleyball team was shutout at Willapa Valley Wednesday 3 to 0. The Owls are now 4-and-3 on the season, 2-and-3 in Coastal League play. MMK travels to Ocosta Tuesday.
