High School Sports Results from 9/27/25

SHS Volleyball Takes 1st; Win for SHS Soccer

The Shelton volleyball team took first place in the Sliver Bracket at the Monarch Tournament in Longview on Saturday. Specific details on the Highclimbers’ matches were not reported. The Lady-‘Climbers return to Evergreen Conference play Tuesday at Black Hills.

The Shelton girls’ soccer team picked up its first win of the season Saturday on the road beating Hoquiam 2 to 1. The Highclimbers built a two-goal lead and held off the Grizzlies in the non-conference match. The Lady-‘Climbers are now 1-4-and-1 on the season. They return to 2A Evergreen Conference play Tuesday at home against Black Hills.

JV Football: Shelton at W.F. West 4:30 PM; North Kitsap at North Mason 5 PM
