High School Sports Results from 10/1/25

Cross Country Results for SHS & NM; Rainout for SHS Golf & Tennis

At a three-team Evergreen Conference Cross Country meet in Centralia Wednesday, Shelton’s Hailee Nadeau finished 3rd, Madison Lohmeyer was 5th, Addison Aldrich took 7th, and Jasmin Bakota was 16th among the 25 female runners.
On the boys’ side, the Highclimbers’ Trayson Bartholomew took 8th, Nathan Vogel was 16th, Ismael Funes Salas finished 18th, Silas Baker finished 29th, followed by Robby Valdeman at 30th, Ruben Dale was 33rd, and Scout Laurent ended up 41st out of 42 runners.
The ‘Climbers are scheduled to participate in the 29th John Payne Cross Country Invite on Saturday at Chambers Creek Regional Park in University Place.

At a five-team Olympic League Cross Country meet in Belfair Wednesday, North Mason’s Alisha Carpenter and Samantha Neil finished 8th and 9th respectively, with Eleanor Bailey 21st, Aurora Martinez 27th, and Hannah Alonzo Miguel 29th among the 39 female runners.
Lucas Smith and James Snyder competed on the boys’ side
The Bulldogs will also run in the 29th John Payne invite on Saturday.

Weather forced the cancellation of Shelton vs. Aberdeen boys’ golf and Shelton at Aberdeen boys’ tennis scheduled for Tuesday.

High School Sports Schedule for Thursday, October 2, 2025:

Boys’ Tennis: North Mason at Sequim 4 PM

Volleyball: North Mason at Olympic 6:30 PM; Shelton at Tumwater 7 PM

Girls’ Soccer: Tumwater at Shelton 7 PM; North Mason at Olympic 7 PM
