The Burn Ban in Mason County will be lifted on Thursday. According to a news release from Mason County, with the National Fire Danger Rating System recently Changed to a “Low” rating, Mason County will be lifting all burn restrictions effect at 12:01 AM, Thursday October 9, allowing for Residential and Permitted Land Clearing Burns. Please note if you live in the Urban Growth Areas of Allyn, Belfair, or Shelton, Only Recreational burning is allowed.
