NM Football & Volleyball Fall in Postseason; MMK Football to Play for Championship; SHS Volleyball to Play in Postseason

The North Mason football team‘s season came to an end Friday in the Play-In Round of 32 of the Class 2A Tournament as the Bulldogs lost at Prosser 42 to 14. The Bulldog’s Caden Atencio scored the Bulldogs’ first touchdown on an eight-yard runs and Xavier Powell’s extra point gave NM a 7 to 6 lead midway through the second quarter.
However, the Mustangs scored 14 points in the next possessions to lead 20 to 7 at the half and were up 35 to 7 in late in the third quarter before North Mason scored their second TD: on a 21-yard touchdown pass from Danner Jones to Reid Shumaker.
The Bulldogs finish the season 7-and-3.


The North Mason volleyball team‘s season came to an end Friday in the 2025 District 3 Class 2A Volleyball Tournament as North Kitsap eliminated the Bulldogs in three sets. NM finished the season with a 4-and-14 record.


The Mary M. Knight football team is scheduled to play Wishkah Valley for the Coastal League six-man football title next Saturday, November 15, 2025. The game is schedule for 1 PM on the Loggers’ field. WV has a 6-and-0 record while the Owls are 4-and-4. Wishkah Valley beat Mary M. Knight twice during the regular season: 54 to 12 on October 4 and 39 to 6 on September 13th.


The Shelton volleyball team will play at Heritage Tuesday in the District 4 Class 3A Volleyball Tournament Play-In game. The match between the Highclimbers and the Timberwolves is set for 6 PM on November 11th.
