In the Class 2A State Girls’ Golf Championships at Riverside Golf Clube in Chehalis, North Mason’s Mari Morris finished 11th in the state after shooting an 86 Wednesday and 92 on Tuesday for a total of 179.
In the Class 2A State Boys’ Golf Championships at Tumwater Valley Golf Club, North Mason’s Owen Oblizalo finished 32nd in the state after getting an 81 Wednesday and an 80 on Tuesday for a total of 161.
In the Class 1B/2B State Girls’ Golf Championships at Liberty Lake Golf Course, Mary M. Knight’s Cloey Fletcher finished 26th in the state after a 109 Wednesday and 94 on Wednesday for a total of 203.
After the first day of the Class 2A District 3 Track and Field Championships (WCD Championships) at Bremerton High School on Wednesday, two athletes from North Mason qualified for the State Meet.
Brylie Biehl won the girls’ 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.76a and placed 4th in the girls’ 100 meters with a time of 12.72a.
Samantha Neil won the girls’ pole vault with a height of 10-06.00 feet.
Competition continues Friday. The top four in each event in the District 3 meet advance to State.
At 3 PM Thursdays, Mary 21, 2026, the Shelton fastpitch softball team opens play in the Class 3A State Fastpitch Softball Tournament at the Regional Athletic Complex (RAC) in Lacey.
