[VIDEO] The North Mason Community Voice held a candidates’ forum Tuesday night with several of those running for office this year. Not every candidate was able to attend this forum held at the HUB for Senior Services in Belfair.

One of those county-wide races is for Mason County Auditor that has four candidates. Three of the four attended Tuesday night: Tamra Ingwaldson, Steve Duenkel, and Monika Balmer. The fourth candidate, Vivian Glass, was unable to attend. Ingwaldson, Duenkel and Balmer, had a spirited conversation.

The two candidates running for Mason County Clerk, Charles Rhodes and Tammy Clark, also discussed the issues.

There are two people running for Mason PUD 3 Commissioner District 3 – the seat currently held by Tom Farmer who is NOT seeking re-election. Mick Sprouffske and Randy Neatherlin will appear on the November General Election Ballot but also spoke to the group at the HUB.

Randy Lewis is challenging, incumbent Brittany Pearson for Mason County Treasurer. Pearson was unable to attend but Lewis did speak.

Travis Couture and Shaena Graberich, who are running for different 35th Legislative District State Representative seats, took questions from the crowd.
