The Mary M. Knight six-man football team improved to 3-and-0 on the season Thursday, blanking Charles Wright Academy 43 to 0. The Owls head to Wishkah Valley on Saturday, October 3rd for a Coastal League matchup. MMK opened the season with a 47 to 0 non-league win over the Loggers on September 12th.
The Mary M. Knight volleyball team lost at Taholah Thursday in three sets. The Owls are 3-and-7 on the season, 0-and-4 in Coastal League play. MMK hosts North Beach Friday.
The North Mason girls’ soccer team played Sequim to a 2-2 tie Thursday. The Bulldogs are now 1-4-and-1 on the season, 0-4-and-1 in the Olympic League. NM hosts Olympic Tuesday.
The North Mason volleyball team lost at Sequim Thursday in three sets: 25-7, 25-13, 25-13. The Bulldogs are 1-and-6 on the season, 1-and-4 in the Olympic League. NM plays in the South Whidbey Tournament Saturday.
The Shelton girls’ soccer team lost their Evergreen Conference opener Thursday, falling 1 to 0 to Centralia. The Highclimbers head to Black Hills Tuesday looking for their first win of the season.
