HFC Planned Network Maintenance

Hood Canal Communications (HCC) will be performing planned maintenance and upgrades on portions of our Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) network Thursday, September 10, 2026 through October 1, 2026.

These upgrades are designed to improve network performance, increase reliability, and strengthen the infrastructure that delivers internet, television, and phone services to our customers.

To minimize customer impact, work will be performed during our regular maintenance window between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. While work is underway, customers served by the affected nodes may experience temporary interruptions to internet, TV, and phone services.

We appreciate your patience as we invest in improvements that will help ensure a more reliable experience for our customers now and into the future.
