Win for NM Football; Loss for MMK Volleyball…
The North Mason football team shutout Kingston on the road Friday night 25 to 0. The game was called late in the fourth quarter after Bulldogs receiver Remi McFarlane suffered a serious injury after catching a 33-yard pass. An ambulance was called and took the senior to nearby hospital. Specifics of his injury and his condition have not been released.
McFarlane did catch a three-yard TD pass from NM quarterback Reid Shumaker.
Nolan Varick catch two touchdown passes.
Bozey Tupolo had a two-yard TD run.
North Mason improves to 3-and-1 overall, 2-and-0 in the Olympic Conference. The Bulldogs play at North Kitsap next Friday.
The Mary M. Knight volleyball team lost to North Beach Friday in three sets: 25-20; 25-19; 25-11. The Owls are now 3-and-8 on the season. MMK travels to Winlock Tuesday.
