Our customer service and Internet departments encourage you to contact us right away if you are experiencing trouble with your HCC service. In some cases, our customers are the first to notice a problem with cable TV, broadband, or phone service. We would rather hear from you when the problem begins rather than after you have tolerated a problem for an extended period of time. That way, we can do our best to address the problem for you and any other customers that may also be affected.
