Phillips Lake HFC Network Upgrade

Hood Canal Communications (HCC) will be performing planned upgrades to our Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) network serving the Phillips Lake area on November 3 and 4, 2026, weather permitting.

This work is part of our ongoing investment in the network and will help improve performance and reliability while strengthening the infrastructure that delivers internet, streaming TV, and phone services to our customers.

To minimize the impact, work will take place during our regular maintenance windows of 2:00 am to 6:00 am. Customers served by the Phillips Lake node may experience temporary interruptions to all services while the upgrades are underway. This work is weather dependent so the schedule may change in conditions do not allow our crews to complete the planned upgrades.
