Scheduled Fiber Maintenance- November 3

Hood Canal Communications will be performing scheduled fiber network maintenance on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 2:00 – 6:00 am. During this maintenance window, HCC will be upgrading the software and firmware on network equipment serving portions of the Shelton and Union areas. Customers in the affected areas ill experience an interruption of services while the work is completed.

Areas Affected

Shelton area: City of Shelton, Dayton, Hanks Lake, Catfish Lake, Mason Lake Rd, Johns Prairie, Eells Hill, Squaxin Reservation, Storeybrook, Bloomfield Rd, and Shelton-Matlock Rd.

Union area: Vuecrest, Union Ridge, SR 106, Union Park, Downtown Union, Jenns Way, and Hyland.
